At LPRS, you can enjoy a one to one session with one of our professional instructors. You can choose between a front or rear wheel drive rally car. This course is excellent for the occasional rally lesson, for those who want to improve their rally driving skills or make a career of rally driving.

Your arrival at the rally school

On arrival, you will meet our staff and instructors. You and your spectators will be asked to sign on.

You will then attend a short welcome talk from your instructor who will give you a short safety briefing.

Your Rally Experience

You will be provided with a helmet and will then be strapped in to the seat of the rally car via a full safety harness with the help of a member of staff.

The instructor will show you the key features and controls of the car and will briefly talk you through what skills you will be taught out on the track. An intercom system is built in to the car to enable you to talk to the instructor as you drive round the track.

The first lap will be used for you to familiarise yourself with the track. You will then spend the rest of your session negotiating your way through cones and tyres on the 1 1/2 mile stage at high speed. You will experience power slides and handbrake turns.

After you have finished, the instructor will fill out a score sheet rating your performance in the rally car. If you come back for another session, you should bring your previous score sheet to compare your scores and see your improvement.

When is this course available?

One hour sessions run on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's, whilst half or full day one to one sessions run on Tuesday's or Wednesday's.
